F500 Web3 entry strategy

The Challenge:


The CMO of a major automotive brand asked how they could best leverage digital assets and blockchain technology for a sustainable Web3 entry strategy


Work done:


Upskilled the CMO's team in Web3 through a series of education sessions. Co-created a strategy combining the unique brand identity of the client with Efiko's knowledge and insights about the digital asset space (such as NFTs). This was achieved through a series of workshops as well as research into competitors and creative ideation.


Outcome:


The aligned strategy and an execution plan was jointly presented to the group CEO and planning is commencing to operationalize the strategy.
